Surf Suite
Nalu is the wave, the surf that works the Kohala Coast just beyond the fairway. This is the corner three bedroom in building 10, and it is the newest addition to the collection: three bedrooms and two baths across 1,403 square feet, sleeping six, with the Waikoloa Beach golf course directly out the lanai and the ocean past it. Watch as golfers tee off from hole six of the Beach Nine course.
The great room opens wide to a covered lanai with a gas grill and seating for four, so most of the day happens with the doors folded back. The king bedroom has its own bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The queen and the twin room look into the gardens and palms on the quieter side of the villa.
Hilton Pool & Slide Access: Guests of the Nalu Suite enjoy complimentary access to Hilton Waikoloa Village’s pool, water slides, and towel service for the duration of their stay, provided by the property owner.
Waikoloa Golf Membership: Play a round at significantly reduced green fees and rent clubs at preferred rates. Planning on playing multiple rounds? Contact the Polu Concierge Desk for additional assistance and benefits.
The Nalu Suite is not bookable yet. If you are planning dates, tell the concierge and we will be in touch the moment it opens.

The ensuite has a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a bathtub and shower combination.

Good to know
Not yet. The suite is joining the Polu Resorts collection and this page is here early so you can see the floor plan and the photos before it opens. Tell the concierge your dates and we will reach out the moment it is bookable.
It is the H plan, a corner three bedroom, two bath villa of 1,403 square feet. Every building at Hali'i Kai carries the same eight floor plans, and the E and H positions are the corner three bedrooms. Corners have windows on more sides and only one shared wall.
Six. A king bedroom with its own bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. Occupancy follows our standard of two people per king or queen bed and one per twin.
Building 10 sits in the band of buildings with full ocean views across the Waikoloa Beach golf course, so the lanai looks over the fairway with the water behind it. Sunsets favor this stretch of the community from late fall through spring.
Yes. The owner provides access to the pools and grounds at Hilton Waikoloa Village, which sits a little south along the coast. You can drive or take the shoreline path. The concierge will walk you through how it works before you arrive.
Yes. Central air conditioning with a thermostat you control, the same as every other suite in the collection.
Yes, there is a gas grill on the lanai, with seating for four beside it and a dining table for six just inside.
Nalu is the Hawaiian word for wave, and for surf. Every suite in the collection carries a Hawaiian name, usually drawn from something true about the unit or what it looks out on, the way Kai Ho'olili is the rippled sea.
The Nalu Suite is unit 10H at Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort, sometimes written Halii Kai 10H. If you have seen unit 10H on a resort map or another listing, this is the same residence. Polu Resorts hosts it as the Nalu Suite.
