The Ocean Club at Hali'i Kai

The oceanfront restaurant onsite at Hali'i Kai, seafood, cocktails, and sunsets kept for residents and registered guests.

Reserved for residents and registered guests, which means that as our guest, it is effectively yours.

The Ocean Club is our onsite restaurant, an open-air room and lawn set right on the Kohala Coast shoreline at Hali’i Kai. It is reserved for residents and registered guests, which is exactly what makes it feel like your own: no crowds off the highway, just the fish of the day, a good cocktail, and the sound of the water.

The kitchen runs on island seafood and easy, well-made plates. Lunch stretches into a long happy hour, dinner is timed to the sunset, and there is a keiki menu for the little ones and a dessert list worth saving room for. Some evenings bring live music out onto the lawn.

Because you are staying with us, you already have access. When you arrive, ask us about the week’s events and the nights the kitchen is busiest, and we can help you plan around them.

One thing worth knowing before you plan an evening: the kitchen and the bar close at 8pm, but the pool, hot tub, and fitness hale stay open until 9pm Wednesday through Sunday, so an after-dinner swim is genuinely on the table.

Some evenings bring live music and events out onto the lawn. See what's on .

The Ocean Club anchors the Hali'i Kai community, a short walk from our suites.
